A hat for the BOY!

The STAR: Blue, Gray, and Linen with White and Linen trimmed star

Since we will be having another baby boy here in a couple months I thought I better hurry and make him a hat so he didn't feel left out.
It was hard at first to come up with a boy design that wasn't just a beanie, but this one turned out perfect. I love the star, it adds a nice touch!

One of my friend's sister is pregnant and found this cute baby turban hat online.
It came with a tutorial and everything...only problem: it is knit, not crochet.
I decided I would try my hand at it anyways and make up my own pattern.
So here it is.
What do you think?
I personally think it is adorable and would look even cuter if I had a baby to model it.

Just finished this hat for my friend and DISTANT cousin Suzy.

She picked the colors to coordinate with the fall season.

Lucky for her, living in Logan UT you can wear this beanie almost year round!

So cute!

(PS until I find a different way to model the beanies I may just have to use my head..)
